The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released a new Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letter (CSAL) on November 20, 2024. The CSAL is a courtesy notification for contractors that they will be subject to a compliance evaluation shortly. The new CSAL includes 2000 compliance evaluations including:

  • 1,880 Establishment Reviews
  • 60 Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations (CMCE)
  • 48 Functional Affirmative Action Reviews (FAAP)
  • 12 Higher Education Reviews

The unprecedented size of the scheduling list coupled with the timing, exactly two months before Inauguration Day, ties the next administration’s hands for at least several months.

Included among the 2000 FAAPs and establishments are locations that should not have been included on the list because they are closed, were reviewed within the last two years, or are currently subject to a conciliation agreement. Contractors, who believe their establishment or FAAP was selected in error, may submit a request for closure to OFCCP-DPO-Scheduling@DOL.gov.
