The deadline for certifying compliance in the Contractor Portal is July 1, 2024. Contractors that have not yet certified should plan to do so as soon as possible. Additionally, employers who were previously, but are not currently, contractors required to develop AAPs are advised to change the status of all establishments or functional units to “closed” in the portal. Doing so will minimize the risk of former contractors being selected for compliance review and thereby eliminate the burden to demonstrate that they are no longer covered federal contractors subject to OFCCP’s jurisdiction.
