The Office of Federal Contract compliance Programs (OFCCP) Contractor Portal opened on April 1, 2024. Contractors must certify compliance no later than July 1, 2024.
OFCCP implemented the annual certification process for Federal prime and subcontractors in 2022. When certifying, contractors are affirming that they are in full compliance with OFCCP’s regulations.
For the past two years, the contractor portal opened on March 31, allowing contractors with April 1 affirmative action plans (AAPs) to certify compliance based on their prior year plans. Because of this change contractors with April 1 AAPs must prioritize plan preparation in order to timely certify compliance.
Additionally, employers who were previously, but are not currently, contractors required to develop AAPs are advised to change the status of all establishments or functional units to “closed” in the portal.
